Privacy and cookies

Villa Vintour uses Tixer Analytics to understand how guests use the website and where the booking journey needs improvement.

Page visits

Our server counts page visits without analytics cookies or browser storage. Tixer processes the IP address and browser information into a hash that changes daily. This gives us visit counts without a persistent visitor ID on your device.

Additional analytics with permission

If you agree, Tixer uses visitor and session cookies to measure pages visited, time on site, clicks, technical errors and web performance. The visitor cookie may last up to one year and the session cookie 30 minutes. Session replay is disabled. Our custom click events do not include information entered into contact or booking forms.

Changing your choice

The tixer_analytics_consent cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to give or withdraw permission. Withdrawing stops additional measurements. Tixer removes the analytics ID cookies through the collector or on a subsequent page visit.

Booking and contact

Smoobu provides the booking module on a separate domain and processes the information you enter there under its own privacy policy. A booking button click is not recorded as a confirmed reservation. For questions about your personal data, email info@villavintour.com.
